On April 29, 2025, the FOODPrint project held an engaging online training session on Artivism—the powerful combination of art and activism—as a way to promote sustainable food practices among youth.

The session brought together young people and youth workers to explore how art can be used as a powerful tool for education and social change. The training started with an introduction to the concepts of food sustainability and the goals of the FOODPrint project.

Participants engaged with interactive materials, including videos, games, and quizzes, to learn more about the impact of our food choices on the environment. Activities encouraged critical thinking and teamwork, as groups worked together to reflect on what they learned and brainstorm small projects or creative solutions.

The highlight of the session was the group presentations, where participants shared their ideas for promoting food sustainability through art. From thought-provoking messages to creative actions, the energy and commitment of the group stood out.

The session ended with a short evaluation and a warm thank-you to all participants. The FOODPrint team is proud to support youth-led action and looks forward to future activities that combine creativity, learning, and impact.
